We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Manager who can independently manage and grow our marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and other e-commerce platforms.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra & other marketplaces
• Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, bullet points, descriptions & keywords
• Monitor sales, orders, inventory, pricing, returns and cancellations
• Manage marketplace promotions, deals, coupons and campaigns
• Monitor marketplace performance, account health, ratings and seller metrics
• Coordinate with warehouse & logistics teams for timely order processing and dispatch
• Identify listing issues, catalog errors, SKU/ASIN mapping problems and policy violations
• Monitor competitor pricing, products and market trends
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams and raise/resolve seller issues
• Work on improving product visibility, conversion rate and overall sales
• Coordinate with the advertising team for marketplace ads and promotional activities
🔹 Required Skills
✅ Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on e-commerce marketplace experience
✅ Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
✅ Working knowledge of Flipkart, Meesho & Myntra Seller Panels
✅ Good understanding of product listing & catalog management
✅ Knowledge of marketplace advertising, promotions & deals
✅ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
✅ Good analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to handle marketplace issues independently
✅ Good communication and coordination skills
✅ Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple marketplaces
⭐ Preferred
Experience with Uniware / ERP / inventory management software will be an advantage.
