About the Role
B-Tech Digital Agency is looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Lead Generation and Social Media Management.
The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns with a strong focus on generating quality leads and measurable results for clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, create and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ad campaigns
Handle Lead Generation, Traffic, Engagement and Conversion campaigns
Research and create relevant target audiences, custom audiences and retargeting audiences
Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA and overall ROI
Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences and campaign strategies
Identify winning campaigns and scale them effectively
Coordinate with the Graphic Design & Content Team for ad creatives
Manage clients' Facebook & Instagram social media accounts
Plan and maintain social media content calendars
Monitor campaign budgets and daily ad spend
Analyse lead quality and campaign performance
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Provide recommendations to improve client campaign results
Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes and digital marketing strategies
Required Skills
Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Facebook & Instagram Advertising
Lead Generation Campaigns
Audience Targeting & Retargeting
Campaign Optimization
A/B Testing
Social Media Management
Basic understanding of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
Ability to analyse campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions
Good communication and team coordination skills

Google Tag Manager
Meta Pixel / Conversion API
Canva
Landing Page Optimization

The candidate should understand:
Ad Spend → Campaign → Leads → Lead Quality → Conversion → ROI
Previous campaign results, portfolio or Meta Ads performance screenshots will be an added advantage.
