Growth Marketing Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to help us promote our 3D Mixed Reality solutions through content, social media, and enterprise outreach. This role combines content creation and business development. You will create engaging content about our technology and connect with potential clients to generate demo opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Creation & Social Media Management
Visual Storytelling: Translate complex, abstract 3D Mixed Reality concepts into engaging, highly digestible, and visually stunning short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos) and graphics.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing initiatives and campaigns tailored explicitly to capturing and generating inbound enterprise business leads.
Copywriting & Content Strategy: Script compelling, high-retention hooks, write engaging B2B captions, and draft high-value external newsletters or case studies highlighting product breakthroughs and client achievements.
Community Engagement: Actively manage and cultivate our brand presence across LinkedIn, Meta platforms, and YouTube; monitor social media performance analytics closely to iterate content and optimise audience growth.
Specialised Outreach & Presales Appointment Setting
Account-Based Research: Adopt an investigative approach to systematically map out, research, and understand key stakeholders (including CEOs, Tech Directors, and Innovation Leads) at target enterprise accounts.
High-Value Cold Outreach: Conduct deeply personalised, tailored outbound outreach sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our custom Mixed Reality applications.
Appointment Fixing: Confidently navigate conversations, overcome technical objections, establish consultative professional rapport, and successfully book qualified demo appointments for our technical closing team.
Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous and structured logs of all prospect interactions, follow-up timelines, and scheduled appointments within the tracking system
Requirements
Degree or professional training in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good copywriting and storytelling skills.
Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or Adobe Creative Suite.
Comfortable creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
Confident communicating with corporate professionals.
Willingness to learn about 3D, Mixed Reality, spatial computing and immersive technology.
Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups and handling rejection.
Self-motivated, curious and organised.
