*About the Role*
We are looking for driven and articulate *Founder's Office - Growth Associates* to join us on a 3-month internship. Working closely with the leadership team, you will drive our institutional outreach, pitch our programs to schools and residential communities, and secure vital partnerships.
This role is ideal for an ambitious go-getter with a strong foundation in public relations who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment. The internship concludes with a formal performance evaluation, with top performers receiving an offer for a full-time paid position.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Execute targeted email and outreach campaigns directed at schools and apartment communities to introduce our programs.
* Secure appointments, follow up consistently, and conduct on-ground school visits as necessary.
* Develop compelling pitches, presentations, and communication materials tailored for institutional stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, decision-makers, and community leaders to close partnerships.
**What We Are Looking For**
* **Background & Experience:** Must possess a solid academic background or hands-on experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or business development.
* **Communication Skills:** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas persuasively.
* **Location:** Hybrid working model, with a strong preference for candidates based in Allahabad who can easily manage on-ground visits.
* **Work Ethic:** Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving founder's office environment.
