Food Technologist

Assist in batch preparation, packing, labelling, and inventory/stock management in accordance with approved procedures.
Assist in ensuring product labels comply with applicable FSSAI and Legal Metrology requirements.
Support the preparation, compilation, and maintenance of documents required for FSSAI licensing, inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain and update product specifications, ingredient declarations, nutritional information, laboratory test reports, and other technical records.
Assist in internal, customer, and regulatory audits, including documentation and implementation of corrective actions wherever required.
Assist in preparation and processing of purchase orders, coordination with suppliers, and procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.
Support regulatory compliance activities, including monitoring applicable requirements and maintaining relevant records and documentation.
Assist in formulation trials, product improvement, process optimisation, and development of new food products.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, R&D, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of food manufacturing and product development activities.
