About the Role
We are looking for a graphic designer with strong UI/UX expertise to design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces and compelling marketing materials that communicate Vaidam’s brand values and mission effectively. The role requires a perfect mix of creativity, technical skill, and understanding of user behavior—especially in the healthcare and digital product context.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver modern, responsive UI/UX layouts for websites, dashboards, and mobile apps used by patients and healthcare partners.
Create marketing and branding collaterals—including social media creatives, banners, infographics, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Translate complex healthcare information into simple, engaging, and visually appealing graphics.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to support new digital initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and tech teams to align designs with business goals and user needs.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize design decisions and improve the user journey.
Stay updated with latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and healthcare industry visuals.
Key Skills Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and accessibility standards.
Ability to communicate design concepts clearly through mockups, prototypes, and presentations.
Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
Strong visual storytelling skills, especially for healthcare audiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
