Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based at the EGlogics Softech Pvt. Ltd. office in Noida. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities. The role also involves assisting with budgeting and forecasting, preparing financial reports for management, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including knowledge of general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting and ERP software, spreadsheets (Excel), and basic MS Office tools to manage and analyze financial data.
Candidates should possess understanding of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance relevant to corporate accounting.
Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret financial information, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
Candidates should possess attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple financial tasks and deadlines.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and auditors in a professional manner.
Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA/CPA or equivalent in progress) are an advantage.
Candidates should possess prior experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role; experience in IT or digital marketing companies will be considered a plus.
