Role Description As an ODOO Functional Expert, you will work on-site in Ahmedabad in a full-time capacity, collaborating with clients to analyze requirements and translate business processes into effective ODOO configurations. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting functional specifications, setting up ODOO modules, and guiding users through configuration and workflow design. Daily activities include coordinating with technical teams for integrations and customizations, performing functional testing of new features, and supporting user training and onboarding. You will troubleshoot functional issues, propose improvements to system usage, and help ensure successful ERP and CRM implementations. The role involves frequent communication with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and maintain high levels of user satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to understand, map, and optimize business processes within ODOO.
Excellent communication abilities for requirements gathering, user training, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience with business process analysis and design, especially in ERP and CRM environments.
Knowledge of functional testing practices to validate ODOO configurations, workflows, and custom features.
Understanding of integration concepts between ODOO and external systems, including coordination with technical teams.
Hands-on experience as an ODOO Functional Consultant or similar ERP functional role is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with OpenERP/ODOO modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
