• Visual Designer
• Location: Kolkata
We’re looking for a Visual Designer who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create scroll-stopping ad creatives for top D2C brands, helping campaigns stand out and convert.
What You’ll Do:
• Design high-performing static or video creatives for Instagram, Facebook,, etc
.• Coordinate daily with the marketing team to understand design briefs
• Create 5–10 static or 2-3 video creatives per day based on performance goals
• Use AI image generation tools efficiently to create required graphics as per the task briefs
• Use brand guidelines creatively while experimenting with new design formats
• Ensure timely delivery with attention to detail and creative flair
• Staying abreast of industry advancements and leveraging the latest tools for design innovation
What We’re Looking For:
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work
• Proven experience as a Designer with graphics and motion graphics design or video editing (2–5 years)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
• Proficiency with AI design tools
• Exceptional visual storytelling skills and aesthetic sense
• Fast turnaround, team player, and open to performance-focused feedback
• Experience designing for e-commerce/D2C brands is preferred
• Exposure to A/B testing in ad campaigns
