Role Description This is a full-time, on-site QA Executive role based in Valsad. The QA Executive will monitor and control product quality across the production line, including raw materials, in-process checks, and finished goods inspection. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining quality assurance procedures, conducting routine audits, verifying compliance with food safety regulations, and documenting quality records. The role involves close collaboration with production, maintenance, and procurement teams to identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The QA Executive will also assist in training staff on quality standards and good manufacturing practices.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor processes and ensure product consistency.
Experience with Quality Management and Quality Auditing to establish systems, conduct inspections, and drive improvements.
Knowledge of Food Technology to understand ingredients, processing methods, and food safety requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and relevant national food safety standards (e.g., FSSAI regulations).
Ability to analyze data, prepare quality reports, and use basic quality tools and checklists.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively on the production floor.
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, especially snacks or FMCG, is an advantage.
