Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Mohpa. The Inside Sales Executive will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, engage with prospective clients, and qualify leads generated through various channels. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting relevant digital transformation services, preparing and following up on proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role involves coordinating with the delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities and supporting the sales pipeline through regular communication and relationship-building activities. The Inside Sales Executive will be expected to meet defined sales targets, report progress to management, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including managing sales cycles, handling inquiries, and closing opportunities.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through calls, emails, and digital channels.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and professional presentation abilities.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to concerns, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including negotiation, objection handling, and target-driven execution.
Relevant experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions is highly beneficial.
Ability to work with CRM tools, basic MS Office proficiency, and comfort with online meeting platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
