KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning & Forecasting: Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range plans for India and businesses; translate commercial and operational drivers into robust financial plans.
• Management Reporting (MIS): Own accurate, timely monthly and weekly MIS covering P&L, revenue, margins, EBITDA, working capital and cash flow; improve reporting controls, timelines and dashboards.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze actuals versus budget, forecast and prior periods; identify key business drivers, risks and opportunities across channels, customers, products and geographies.
• Business Partnering: Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and cross functional teams on pricing, promotions, cost optimization, productivity and growth decisions.
• Decision Support: Build financial models, scenarios and business cases for new products, markets, capex and strategic initiatives; convert analysis into practical recommendations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 2-3 years in FP&A, business finance and management reporting.
• FMCG / food sector experience preferred, with a strong understanding of product, channel, customer and geography-level profitability drivers.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills include financial modelling, scenario analysis, pivots, lookups, data validation and efficient handling of large datasets; exposure to Power BI and ERP tools is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail and the judgment to connect financial outcomes with business actions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to present concise insights to senior leaders and collaborate effectively across India and international teams.
ROLE RELATED INFORMATION
• Location: Bengaluru Corporate Office; occasional travel may be required for business reviews.
• Work Model: Onsite; 5 days a week.
