Role: Human Resource Intern
Pune | Hybrid | 6 Months
We’re looking for an HR Intern who wants hands-on exposure across the employee lifecycle and is keen to gradually take ownership of day-to-day HR coordination.
We’re looking for an MBA/PGDM HR student or recent graduate who wants hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, HR systems and process automation.
What we need: Someone organised, dependable, good at follow-ups, comfortable with Excel Sheets and willing to learn.
Office presence, once a week is mandatory.
Strong performers may be considered for an HR Coordinator role after 6 months.
