What You'll Do
Partner with business leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor on employee lifecycle management, organizational culture, and workforce planning.
Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives that enhance employee experience.
Coach managers on talent management, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and organizational change.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution while ensuring a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and data protection standards.
Leverage HR metrics and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment to address workforce needs.
Support onboarding, performance reviews, exits, leadership development, and transformation initiatives.
Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and presentations for business leaders and key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
✔ 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience
✔ Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
✔ Experience supporting dynamic and fast-paced business environments
✔ Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR compliance
✔ Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills
✔ Full-Time MBA (Mandatory)
