About the role:
Our company has built a significant internal platform engineering layer to unify tooling and infrastructure, alongside a production-grade AI platform with its own orchestration and model serving capabilities. The next strategic step is to consolidate these into a single, unified platform that standardizes how every product is built and delivered internally. We need a leader to own this consolidation, drive the technical roadmap, and build a scalable, commercial-grade platform that will eventually be offered to external customers.
What will you do:
Own the Unified Platform: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the unified platform roadmap, including authentication services, orchestration engine, data platform, analytics layer, model serving infrastructure, and a single observability layer.
Enforce the Platform Contract: Define and enforce the standards and contracts that all internal product teams will build against, ensuring no team reinvents foundational capabilities and all products ship faster.
