Real Estate Project Coordinator / Project Manager

Role Description This part-time, remote Real Estate Project Coordinator / Project Manager role focuses on supporting and managing real estate projects related to industrial IoT deployments and facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, organizing documentation, tracking milestones, and communicating with internal teams, external partners, and real estate stakeholders. The role involves managing property and lease information, assisting with site selection and due diligence, and ensuring that project requirements are aligned with technical and operational needs. The coordinator/project manager will prepare reports and status updates, maintain project plans and budgets, and help identify risks and dependencies. This position requires consistent collaboration via virtual meetings, email, and project management tools to keep all parties informed and projects on schedule.
Qualifications
Project coordination and project management skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and status reporting.
Experience with real estate processes such as site selection, lease administration, and property documentation.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Proficiency with digital tools such as project management software, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms.
Basic understanding of industrial operations or technology projects; familiarity with IoT or software implementation is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating reliability and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in commercial or industrial real estate, facilities management, or technology consulting is beneficial.
