🚨 We’re Hiring | Head of Internal Audit
Dineshchandra R. Agrawal Infracon Pvt. Ltd. (DRAIPL) is looking for an experienced Head of Internal Audit to build and lead the Internal Audit function.
📍 Location: Gurugram, NCR
💼 Experience: 10–15 Years
🎓 Qualification: CA / Cost Accountant | CIA preferred
🏗️ Industry: Construction / EPC / Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and lead the Internal Audit function
• Develop risk-based audit plans and internal control frameworks
• Audit projects, procurement, contracts, GST and group entities
• Drive audit analytics across SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems
• Identify risks, control gaps and financial exposures
• Build and manage the Internal Audit team
Key Requirements:
✔ Strong Internal Audit / Risk Assurance experience
✔ 4+ years in Construction / EPC / Infrastructure / Real Estate
✔ Hands-on experience in project audits and ERP audits
✔ Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST and internal controls
