CrackTheCampus | Bangalore (Hybrid/Remote) | Experience: 1–3 years | Full-time
About CrackTheCampus:
CrackTheCampus is an edtech platform built to help students crack campus placements — with structured courses, assessments, and prep tracks designed to bridge the gap between college and career. We're a fast-moving team where design, content, and tech work closely to build products students actually rely on during one of the most high-stakes phases of their lives.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Frontend Developer who can turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and delightful web experiences — with smooth animations that make the product feel alive, not static. You'll work closely with our design and product teams to build unique UIs for our platform.
Responsibilities:
• Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive React components
• Build and maintain UI using React, JavaScript, and CSS/Tailwind
• Implement smooth, purposeful animations and micro-interactions
• Ensure pixel-perfect, cross-device responsiveness (mobile, tablet, desktop — Mac & Windows)
• Collaborate with designers to bring unique, non-templated UI concepts to life.
• Optimize components for performance and reusability.
• Debug cross-browser and cross-OS rendering issues.
• Work with product and backend teams to integrate APIs and ship features
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid CSS fundamentals — Flexbox, Grid
• Strong understanding of responsive design across mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS • Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, or similar)
• Proven experience converting Figma designs to code with high fidelity
• Eye for design — comfortable making UI decisions that go beyond generic templates
• Experience ensuring consistent UI across browsers/OS (Mac, Windows) and devices
• Familiarity with Git/version control
Good to Have:
• Experience with Next.js
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Exposure to edtech or B2C consumer platforms
What We're Looking For:
Someone who doesn't just implement designs but has a genuine eye for good UI and motion — someone who can take a Figma file, replicate it faithfully, add life to it with animation, and keep it responsive across every screen.
