Graphic Design Operator – Adobe InDesign
Experience: 1–2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Operator with hands-on experience in Adobe InDesign and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formatting, editing, and preparing multilingual documents while maintaining high-quality design standards.
This role is ideal for candidates passionate about desktop publishing, document formatting, and graphic layout design.
Key Responsibilities
Create and modify layouts using Adobe InDesign.
Format multilingual documents while maintaining layout consistency.
Ensure proper text flow, fonts, spacing, alignment, and image placement.
Edit and update existing artwork based on client requirements.
Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files.
Perform quality checks before final delivery.
Work closely with Project Managers, QA, and Localization teams.
Follow client style guides, templates, and branding guidelines.
Meet project deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Adobe InDesign.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Good understanding of page layout and document formatting.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Good to Have
Experience in Desktop Publishing (DTP).
Knowledge of multilingual typesetting.
Understanding of print production and PDF workflows.
Exposure to localization projects.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
Qualification
Any Graduate.
Diploma or Certification in Graphic Design is an added advantage.
