The factory is located in Kasheli, Thane District, Maharashtra, with an automatic plant covering 22,000 sq. feet. P. P. Oil Pvt. Ltd. manages five flagship brands distributed across 16 states, offering opportunities to work in a growing and established FMCG business.
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Account Manager role based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Manager will manage relationships with distributors, consignees, and super stockists, ensuring smooth order processing, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, tracking targets, and preparing regular account and sales reports. The role involves resolving account-related issues, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with sales, finance, and operations teams to optimize service levels. The Account Manager will also identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and support expansion across existing and new markets.
Qualifications
Strong account management and customer relationship skills, including experience handling distributors or channel partners in FMCG or related industries.
Proficiency in sales coordination, order management, and basic commercial processes (invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliations).
Solid analytical abilities with experience in using spreadsheets or CRM tools to track performance, prepare reports, and forecast demand.
Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, logistics, and finance teams.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in FMCG or manufacturing is an advantage.
