Visual Merchandiser - Women's Ethnic Wear

Role Summary:
Peach Mode is looking for a creative and fashion-forward Visual Merchandiser to lead the visual identity and in-store experience across our retail stores.
We are looking for someone who understands women's ethnic fashion, styling, colours, silhouettes and visual storytelling, and can turn our collections into compelling retail experiences that attract customers and drive product discovery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Visual Merchandising for physical retail stores, including store layouts, product presentation, focal points and customer journey.
Create and execute creative concepts for windows, mannequins, fixtures and in-store displays.
Develop strong fashion stories and styling concepts around new collections, festive seasons, weddings and key retail occasions.
Style mannequins and displays with a strong understanding of women's ethnic and contemporary ethnic wear.
Create visually appealing colour stories, category stories and product groupings to improve product visibility and customer engagement.
Develop creative VM concepts and work with designers, fabricators and vendors to bring those concepts to life in stores.
Conduct regular store visits and ensure consistent VM standards and brand presentation.
Track fashion, ethnic-wear and retail trends and translate relevant trends into fresh VM concepts.
Work closely with Retail, Marketing, Design and Merchandising teams for collection launches, campaigns and festive activations.
Use sales and product performance insights to identify hero products, slow-moving categories, and opportunities for better visual placement.
Continuously experiment with new ideas to make Peach Mode stores more fashionable, inviting and aspirational.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in women's fashion, ethnic wear or apparel retail.
Strong understanding of Indian women's ethnic fashion and festive/wedding dressing.
Excellent eye for styling, colour, composition, proportion and aesthetics.
Strong experience in mannequin styling, window displays and in-store visual presentation.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop concepts from idea to execution.
Understanding of how VM can influence customer experience and retail sales.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel across stores as required.
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, PowerPoint or similar creative tools would be an advantage
