Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a contract role based on-site in Velachery. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a wide range of positions. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and provide guidance on selection and offer processes. Daily activities include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers and systems, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The role also involves collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to align hiring efforts with organizational goals and timelines.
Qualifications
Experience with full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
Skills in hiring and interviewing to assess candidate fit and support fair, structured selection processes.
Exposure to employer branding activities to support talent attraction and enhance the candidate experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in Velachery and manage multiple requisitions and deadlines with attention to detail.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard recruitment tools; proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity software.
Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in fintech, technology, or high-growth environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
