About Valentia Novis
Valentia Novis is a Finland-based education consultancy connecting international students with quality higher education opportunities in Finland.
As we expand our international network, we are looking for motivated Freelance International Sales Representatives to represent Valentia Novis in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, the Philippines and Vietnam.
About the Role
As a Freelance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective students interested in studying in Finland.
You will work independently in your local market while collaborating with the Valentia Novis team. You can use your own professional network, community connections, social media presence and other appropriate marketing channels to reach prospective students.
This is a remote, freelance and performance-based opportunity. You will not be required to work from a Valentia Novis office.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Finnish higher education opportunities to prospective students.
Identify and generate student leads through your own networks and marketing channels.
Communicate with prospective students and their families through social media, WhatsApp, email, phone and other appropriate channels.
Introduce students to suitable Finnish higher education programmes.
Explain basic programme and application information clearly and accurately.
Follow up with prospective students and support them during the initial stages of their application journey.
Participate in online or local education events, information sessions and promotional activities when relevant.
Maintain accurate information about your leads and follow-ups.
Provide feedback to Valentia Novis about local market trends, student interests and opportunities.
Use only approved information and marketing materials when representing Valentia Novis and its partner institutions.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are:
Confident communicators with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable speaking with students, parents and other stakeholders.
Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently.
Interested in international education and study opportunities in Finland.
Comfortable using social media, WhatsApp, email and digital communication tools.
Able to communicate professionally in English.
Experienced in sales, marketing, education consultancy, student recruitment or customer-facing roles — an advantage, but not mandatory.
Well connected within their local community, student networks or professional networks.
📱 Social Media Experience – An Advantage
Do you already have an audience?
Having an established social media presence is a strong advantage.
Candidates with 10,000+ followers on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn are particularly encouraged to apply.
However, a large following is not a requirement. A strong network, community presence or proven ability to connect with prospective students is equally valuable.
