Role Description The Junior Social Media Intern / Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The person in this role will assist in planning, creating, and publishing social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include coordinating post calendars, drafting captions, adapting creatives, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages under guidance. The role involves supporting digital marketing campaigns, conducting basic research on trends and competitor activity, and preparing performance reports. Collaboration with marketing and design teams to brainstorm ideas and optimize content for reach and engagement is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and current social media trends.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Proficiency with social media tools, analytics dashboards, or scheduling platforms is an advantage.
Relevant coursework, certification, or internship experience in marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred.
