About the Role
Realatte Ventures is looking for a senior-level Creative Strategist / Creative Strategy Manager who can bring strong strategic thinking and copywriting expertise to our creative team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mainline marketing and advertising, including hoardings, brochures, print campaigns, banners, brand communication, and other offline marketing collaterals. The person will be responsible for developing creative concepts, writing impactful copies, and working closely with designers to transform ideas into strong, effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts for brands and clients.
Write compelling copies for hoardings, banners, brochures, print advertisements, brand campaigns, and other marketing collaterals.
Lead the ideation process and provide creative direction to designers and other creative team members.
Create campaign themes, communication ideas, taglines, headlines, and brand messaging.
Work closely with the design team to ensure the final creatives align with the campaign objective and communication strategy.
Understand client briefs and translate them into clear and impactful creative directions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, innovative, and relevant ideas to the table.
Review creative outputs and provide strategic inputs to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of campaigns.
Stay updated with advertising trends, consumer behaviour, market trends, and creative best practices.
Take ownership of creative projects from brief to ideation and final execution.
Guide and mentor junior copywriters, designers, and creative team members where required.
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Copywriting, Advertising, or Mainline Marketing.
Strong experience in offline and mainline advertising, including hoardings, brochures, print ads, banners, and brand campaigns.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Strong understanding of branding, consumer communication, and campaign development.
Ability to think strategically as well as creatively.
Experience working closely with graphic designers and providing clear creative direction.
Strong presentation and client-understanding skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and projects simultaneously.

We are looking for someone who can go beyond just writing copy and act as a creative thinker and strategic leader—someone who can understand a brief, develop the core campaign idea, build the communication around it, and collaborate with designers to create impactful and visually strong marketing campaigns.
