Role Description The Senior Manager – Audit & Assurance is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The role involves leading audit and assurance engagements, planning audit strategies, reviewing working papers and deliverables, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards. The Senior Manager will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, coordinate with clients to understand business processes and risks, and provide insights to improve controls and compliance. Responsibilities include managing audit teams, mentoring and developing staff, monitoring timelines and budgets, and contributing to quality control and methodology enhancements within the firm. The role also involves collaborating with partners on business development opportunities and supporting the firm’s commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
