GridTweak is an AI-native Grid Intelligence Platform focused on enabling the global energy transition. The platform helps transmission utilities unlock hidden grid capacity, integrate more renewable energy, and reduce curtailment without constructing new transmission lines.
Using a validated physics engine combined with proprietary AI, GridTweak delivers real-time and forecast transmission capacity with high accuracy with no hardware installation required. Utilities rely on GridTweak to increase capacity on existing lines, reduce dependence on fossil-fuel backup plants, and defer multi-billion-dollar grid upgrades.

About the Role:
This is a genuine Co-Founder role, not a salaried employee position.
You will work directly with the founding team and be responsible for shaping the company's strategy, product direction, and market positioning.
You will have the freedom and responsibility to decide how we build, what we build, and how we scale.
What you will be responsible for:
Own GridTweak's product and technology strategy
Refine the go-to-market strategy
Build and manage relationships with utilities and partners
Actively participate in sales cycles, demos, and pilot deployments
Translate market needs into product features and prioritize the roadmap
Ensure successful implementation and value delivery for clients
Support fundraising efforts
Hire and mentor early team members
Establish processes that enable sustainable growth and a strong mission-driven culture
Work closely with the technical team to build and scale the platform
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a builder and entrepreneur at heart with a power systems or electrical engineering background.
Someone who understands the physics of transmission lines, the utility landscape, and can bridge the gap between domain expertise and business strategy.
You should ideally have:
Power Systems / Electrical Engineering background (BTech/MTech/PhD)
Understanding of transmission line physics, IEEE 738, and DLR concepts
Familiarity with PMU/SCADA data and utility operations
Experience with the Indian power sector (utilities, regulators, policymakers)
Strong product and business mindset
Ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment
Experience building and managing relationships with enterprise clients
Experience with fundraising and investor conversations
Willingness to be hands-on across sales, product, and operations
Bonus:
Experience at a utility (PGCIL, KPTCL, etc.) or power systems research
MBA or business experience in the energy sector
Prior startup experience
Most importantly, you should want to pursue something of your own.
