About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive who can plan and execute marketing campaigns while also handling in-house design and video content creation. The ideal candidate combines marketing strategy skills with hands-on expertise in graphic design and video editing tools.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (social media, email, print, events)
Design promotional posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and social media creatives
Campaign Execution – Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video content
Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing collateral for products/services
Track and report on campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions)
Coordinate with vendors/printers for physical marketing materials
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and competitor marketing activities
Required Skills & Expertise
Graphic Design Tools: CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva
Poster & Banner Design: Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory
Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign planning
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field
A portfolio showcasing previous poster/video design work is a plus
Experience with social media ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
