FMCG Sales Executive
Madhav Manufacturers is a manufacturer of high-quality cotton buds, supplying distributors, retailers businesses across India.
We are looking for an experienced FMCG Sales Executive to build and expand our distribution network across Saurashtra & Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
* Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
* Develop and expand the FMCG distribution network across Gujarat & Saurashtra.
* Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Develop strong relationships with channel partners.
* Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
* Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
* Maintain sales reports and regularly update the sales pipeline.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience mandatory.
* Experience in FMCG, personal care, hygiene, or consumer goods preferred.
* Strong distributor/channel network in Gujarat & Saurashtra is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Willingness to travel across Gujarat & Saurashtra.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
