Job Description – OHC Nurse
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Medical Officer in managing daily OHC operations and employee medical consultations.
Record employee medical history, vital signs, and maintain confidential medical records.
Coordinate pre-employment, annual, and statutory health check-ups.
Provide first aid and support during medical emergencies until the Medical Officer or external medical services take over.
Maintain stock of medicines, consumables, first-aid kits, and medical equipment; ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate ambulance services, referrals, and follow-up care for injured or unwell employees.
Support organization-wide health camps, vaccination drives, wellness initiatives, and health awareness programs.
Maintain statutory medical registers, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
Liaise with HR, EHS, insurance, hospitals, and diagnostic centres for employee medical-related activities.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth functioning of the Occupational Health Centre.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Nursing Council Registration: Maharashtra Nursing Council registration mandatory.
Qualification & Experience:
GNM + 3 years of experience, or
ANM + 5 years of experience, or
B.Sc. Nursing + 1 year of experience.
Shift Requirements
Should be comfortable working in night shifts ending at 1:00 AM or early morning shifts starting at 6:00 AM.
