Roles & Responsibilities
Create and manage all kinds of learning initiatives for the region in line with corporate L&D strategy.
Identify training need, design programs in alignment with business goals and deliver these programs using multiple channels such as ILT, online, etc.
Design and deliver new joiner inductions, refresher programs and all kinds of product and process, system and soft skill programs.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to ensure they meet the desired outcomes
Manage LMS and other learning platform along with managing training vendors and consultants.
Core Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey training material clearly and effectively
Assessing training needs, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and making data-driven decisions
Designing and developing content for different platforms- E learning, classroom, etc.
Exposure to behavioral programs and Assessment Centre will be added advantage.
Description
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in designing, developing and conducting product, process & soft skill training
Qualification: MBA-HR/Master/PG in Psychology/Sociology
Location: Pune
