About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive to support our Risk & Compliance team in managing outsourcing compliance, conducting process audits, and performing concurrent data audits. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory adherence, and risk mitigation in our NBFC operations.
Key Responsibilities
Concurrent Data Audit
Perform real-time data checks and validations to ensure accuracy and integrity of transactional data.
Perform eyeballing of transaction entries to detect anomalies or inconsistencies
Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters) to perform data audits
Assist Audit Manager in preparing audit reports and summaries
Maintain organized records of audit samples and observations
Coordinate with operations teams for data clarification and follow-ups
Support in tracking closure of audit findings and compliance gaps
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in commerce,
Basic understanding of NBFC operations
Knowledge of systems- Pennant/ SFDC/ ICRM used in Retail Finance Industry
Sound knowledge of KYC documentation
Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work in a team and manage deadlines.
