What You Do
Develop and execute the annual brand and marketing plans for the Fertility & Endocrinology portfolio, aligned with business objectives, regional strategy and market dynamics.
Translate market, customer, competitor and patient insights into clear brand priorities, differentiated positioning, key messages and competitive strategies.
Drive end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, customer programs and product launches, with clear objectives, KPIs and performance tracking.
Identify portfolio growth opportunities to strengthen market share, product adoption, patient access and sustainable business performance.
Develop a deep understanding of the Fertility & Endocrinology patient journeys and identify opportunities to improve diagnosis, treatment initiation, adherence and overall patient experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, fertility specialists, endocrinologists, paediatric endocrinologists and other relevant healthcare stakeholders.
Partner with Sales and Medical to develop customer engagement strategies and account-specific initiatives for priority institutions and healthcare networks.
Drive initiatives to strengthen product access, institutional listings and adoption across relevant public and private healthcare channels.
Develop compelling scientific and promotional messages, educational materials, campaigns, congress activities and customer engagement programs to strengthen brand differentiation.
Design and implement omnichannel engagement strategies, leveraging face-to-face, digital, CRM and other channels to enhance customer experience and engagement effectiveness.
Partner closely with the Sales team to translate brand strategy into effective field execution, including product, disease and competitive training.
Capture and integrate field insights, customer feedback and competitive intelligence to continuously refine brand strategy and execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, regional and global teams to ensure integrated portfolio execution.
Monitor sales performance, market share, customer behaviour, competitive developments and key performance indicators to identify opportunities, risks and corrective actions.
Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain to optimize product availability and business continuity.
Manage promotional investments and resources effectively, ensuring allocation is aligned with strategic priorities and business impact.
Contribute to annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting and longer-term portfolio planning for Fertility & Endocrinology.
Ensure all business and marketing activities comply with relevant HSA, SAPI, company policies and Code of Conduct requirements.
Recognize and appropriately report Adverse Events, pharmacovigilance information and product quality complaints according to company procedures
Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Medicine, Business, Marketing or related field; MBA is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical experience in product management, marketing and/or commercial roles.
