Your role:
Assist to set up and maintain operation quality document system, guide and monitor document execution, make sure NTLC meets the requirement of GSP and company standard.
Responsible for products inspection and release, be strictly follow with the standards, methods and sampling principles stipulated by GSP, inspect the products purchased and sold return etc. and complete inspection and acceptance record in time.
Responsible for quality operation monitoring, guide and supervise the quality management during processes like purchase, storage, maintenance, sales, rejection, transportation, etc.
Responsible for warehousing quality monitor, including periodic onsite quality check, communications with LSP, quality KPI monitor etc.
Support the investigation, handling and report of quality incident (deviation).
Responsible for non-conforming products confirmation and process supervision.
Product Returns: assessment of product returns and supporting information to verify if products are suitable for return to saleable status or destruction.
Organize and coordinate validation and calibration related activities, to ensure completion in time and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Organize and coordinate the training of business operation.
Support the internal and external audits.
Support supplier and distributor qualification and audit.
Responsible for quality management and quality guarantee capability of the carrier authorized for transportation.
Monitor T&T system implementation
Responsible for local quality index data collection and follow-up, report to management team as required.
To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE) or Safety Information and ensure the information is forwarded to the Local Patient Safety Person (LPS) in company, Inc. within 24 hours.
Keep well relationship with stakeholders.
Backup for the other quality members.
Who are you:
Bachelor's degree or above in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, medicine, or other related areas
Licensed Pharmacist. is preferred
Good English skill at reading, writing, listening, and speaking
Above 3 years' quality experience in GMP or GDP (GSP) area is preferred
Good communication skills in both scientific and non-scientific information
Professional knowledge in GSP, GMP and GDP
Problem solving ability and skills
Ability to face challenges and self-learning
Teamwork
