Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand client requirements and system functionalities. The role includes designing solutions tailored to meet specific needs, writing and testing code to ensure reliability and performance, and continuously improving existing software through maintenance and enhancements. Collaboration with different stakeholders to align development efforts and address challenges is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that software components function seamlessly across multiple client environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain quality and timelines.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their development activities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices in coding and testing.
Experience in analyzing and designing software components for complex applications.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in application code efficiently.
Familiarity with integration of software modules across diverse client environments.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
