As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
Experience in developing scalable web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET framework.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with database integration and management in application development.
Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
