About the Role
Evervie is building a new specialty care vertical focused on women's health, a ground-up clinical model spanning diagnosis, treatment protocols, and a physician panel. We're hiring a Clinical Associate to sit in the founder's office and work directly with the Director of Clinical Innovation across nearly every clinical workstream in the build: guidelines, patient segmentation, physician recruitment, and partner tie-ups. This is a high-exposure, hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to see how a clinical model gets built from first principles.
Location: Chennai or Hyderabad preferred (travel to both required if based elsewhere)
Contract: 6 months to 1 year, with potential to continue post-launch based on performance
Reporting to: Director of Clinical Innovation and Medical Director
What you'll do:
Clinical guidelines & protocols:
Support development and documentation of clinical guidelines — screening protocols, contraindication checklists, and treatment pathways
Help map patient segmentation logic (clinical stage, care history, symptom and comorbidity modifiers) into usable guideline structures
Research and compare Indian and international clinical guidance to identify gaps and inform local protocol decisions
Patient scenarios & workflow:
Map real-world patient scenarios and journeys to stress-test clinical workflows before launch
Support design of the consultation flow — visit structure, screening gates, and escalation pathways
Help translate clinical logic into requirements the product and operations teams can build against
Physician panel & training:
Support physician panel recruitment — sourcing, screening, and onboarding doctors into the network
Help build and coordinate training curriculum and protocol onboarding for incoming panel doctors
Support engagement with professional bodies and societies relevant to physician credibility and recruitment
Partnerships:
Support diagnostic lab and pharmacy partnership evaluation and coordination
Help define screening/diagnostic bundles and verify partner capability against clinical requirements
Academic & evidence base:
Support literature review and evidence-gathering to validate the clinical model
Help coordinate engagement with academic and professional bodies for guideline input and clinical credibility
What we're looking for:
MBBS+ preferred; open to strong candidates from nursing or allied health backgrounds
Genuine interest in building — comfortable with ambiguity, undefined processes, and figuring things out without a playbook
Strong research and documentation skills; able to synthesize clinical literature and guidelines into clear, usable material
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, operations, and external partners, not just clinical peers
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to own tasks end-to-end with minimal handholding
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
Prior exposure to women's health, gynaecology, or endocrinology
Experience or coursework in clinical research, public health, or health systems
Familiarity with telemedicine regulations or digital health delivery model
Work arrangement
