About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, testing, integration, enhancement, and support activities throughout the SAP project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Handle SAP PP and QM implementation, configuration, development, and support.
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Configure SAP PP/QM based on business requirements.
Prepare functional specifications, process flows, solution documents, PDD/BDD/BPP, and user manuals.
Conduct workshops and prepare Blueprint/solution presentations.
Integrate PP/QM with other SAP modules and external systems.
Participate in requirement gathering, Blueprint/Design, configuration, testing, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live support.
Execute Unit, Cycle, Integration, UAT, and upgrade testing.
Resolve functional issues and support enhancements and upgrades.
Work according to ASAP or other structured SAP implementation methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP PP and QM.
Hands-on configuration experience in both PP and QM.
Strong understanding of Production Planning and Quality Management processes.
Experience in SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
Good understanding of PP/QM integration with other SAP modules.
Experience with external system integrations; LIMS exposure preferred.
Strong documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
