Key Responsibilities
• Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for Vault CRM integration initiatives • Partner with client stakeholders to understand upstream/downstream system landscapes (e.g., master data management, IC/ICM, data warehouses, marketing/CLM platforms) • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, data mapping documents, and integration design artifacts for technical teams • Collaborate with Veeva Vault CRM architects and integration developers to validate feasibility and design of proposed solutions • Define and document data flows, field mappings, and business rules between Vault CRM and connected systems (e.g., Veeva Network, OpenData, ERP, CLM) • Support process mapping and gap analysis between current and future state integration workflows • Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign-offs • Assist QA/testing teams in defining test scenarios based on documented requirements • Support UAT coordination and change management activities related to integration rollouts • Maintain traceability between requirements, design, and delivered functionality
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on Veeva Vault CRM implementations, with a focus on integrations • Strong understanding of Vault CRM architecture and its integration points (Veeva Network/OpenData, Vault Align, CLM, ERP systems) • Experience translating business needs into functional specs, data mapping documents, and process flows • Familiarity with integration concepts and tools (APIs, middleware, ETL processes) relevant to Vault CRM ecosystems • Solid understanding of life sciences commercial processes (territory management, account/contact data, sample/call activity) • Experience working within GxP/validated system environments common in life sciences • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, comfortable working across business and technical teams • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience) Nice to Have • Veeva Vault CRM or Salesforce certifications • Experience with Veeva Network, Vault Align, MDM platforms, or CLM integrations • Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
