Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer (CBO)

We are looking for a Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer (CBO) to build Care24 with us.
Care24 is a healthcare navigation and patient advocacy platform designed to make complex treatment simpler, more transparent, and easier to access locally and across borders.
We help patients identify the right doctors and hospitals, obtain expert second opinions, understand treatment costs, manage medical records, review hospital bills, and coordinate travel, accommodation, admission, treatment, and recovery.
The Co-Founder and CBO will take ownership of:
• Go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and business expansion
• Partnerships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, wellness providers, insurers, and corporate healthcare programs
• International patient acquisition and medical-travel corridors
• Enterprise sales, channel partnerships, and referral networks
• Commercial models, fundraising support, and investor relationships
• Building Care24 across India and international markets
• Working closely with our advisory board, senior doctors, hospital owners, strategic partners, and investors
We are looking for someone with:
• A strong healthcare, HealthTech, hospital, insurance, or medical-tourism background
• An MBA, M.Tech, B.Tech, or MCA from IIT, IIM, ISB, or a comparable top-tier institution is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong execution skills and the ability to convert plans into measurable outcomes
• A self-starter mindset, high motivation, and a hands-on approach
• The maturity to work with senior healthcare professionals, founders, and investors
• A grounded, collaborative, and down-to-earth personality
• Availability to begin contributing within the next 10–15 days
