Job Summary:
We are looking for an ERPNext Functional Consultant with more than two years of hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation and support. The role involves working onsite at a client location, gathering business requirements, configuring ERPNext modules, supporting testing, training users, and providing post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
Support ERPNext implementation and configuration across modules:
Accounting, Buying, Selling, CRM, HR & Payroll, Manufacturing, Stock, Assets
Gather business requirements and assist in GAP analysis and documentation.
Configure master data, workflows, print formats, dashboards, and user permissions.
Support data import, UAT, issue tracking, and go-live activities.
Conduct user training and provide L1/L2 functional support to clients.
Required Skills:
3–4 years of experience as an ERPNext Functional Consultant.
Functional knowledge of Accounting (GST basics), Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, CRM.
Exposure to Manufacturing, Stock, HR & Payroll modules is preferred.
Experience in data import, reports, print formats, and user permissions.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of Frappe Framework.
Knowledge of SQL / Report Builder.
Experience with manufacturing clients or onsite projects.
