Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The CMO will lead the overall marketing strategy, including market planning, brand positioning, and go-to-market initiatives aligned with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market research, guiding public relations activities, and directing marketing management efforts across channels. The CMO will collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure integrated campaigns, support revenue growth, and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing investments. This role involves managing and mentoring the marketing team, setting clear goals, and ensuring consistent, inclusive messaging that reflects the company’s values and vision.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management, including developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
Strong background in Market Research, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience in Public Relations, including media relations, reputation management, and corporate communications.
Proven collaboration with Sales teams, supporting lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue-focused campaigns.
Leadership experience managing marketing teams, with a focus on mentorship, performance management, and cross-functional alignment.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and CRM or marketing automation platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
Proven track record in senior marketing roles, preferably within a growth-oriented or international business environment.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating strong self-management, collaboration, and time-management skills.
