Role Description The Data Analytics Trainer will design and deliver data analytics training programs for learners at various skill levels in an on-site setting in Bengaluru North. This full-time role includes planning lessons, preparing training materials, and conducting interactive classroom sessions and workshops. The trainer will demonstrate analytical concepts using real-world datasets, guide learners through tools and techniques, and support them with assignments, projects, and assessments. Day-to-day responsibilities include updating course content, providing feedback and mentoring, tracking learner progress, and collaborating with other trainers and staff to improve training outcomes. The role also involves staying current with industry trends in data analytics and recommending enhancements to the academy’s curriculum.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in data analytics concepts, including data collection, cleaning, exploration, and visualization.
Proficiency with common analytics tools and platforms (such as spreadsheets, SQL, BI tools, or statistical software).
Ability to design clear training materials, structure lessons, and explain technical topics in an accessible manner.
Experience delivering training, teaching, or mentoring in a classroom or professional setting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-focused mindset.
Capability to assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience working in an analytics, business intelligence, or data-related role is preferred.
Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru North and collaborating with cross-functional academic and operations teams.
