Role: Azure Data Platform Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Contract Type: Contract
Daily Rate: 130 to 150 per day
Overview A skilled Data Platform specialist is needed to support the delivery, enablement, and smooth operation of core cloud environments. This role involves collaborating closely with project teams to provision infrastructure, assist with deployments, and maintain robust platform operations across Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities
Provision and manage Azure resources such as Resource Groups, leveraging Terraform for Infrastructure as Code solutions.
Build and maintain scalable, reliable environments to support ongoing project deployments and daily platform operations.
Develop custom automation scripts and support platform engineering tasks using Python.
Collaborate proactively with cross functional teams to troubleshoot platform issues, optimise performance, and streamline workflows.
Key Requirements
Practical, hands-on experience working across core Microsoft Azure services.
Strong capabilities in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Solid Python programming and scripting skills for platform automation.
Proven ability to work independently with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
