Generative AI Engineer

We are looking for - Gen AI Engineer
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Location: Hyd, Noida, Chennai, Mumbai,Pune, Bangalore
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) -
Atleast one agentic AI framework - Langgraph (most used), Autogen/Semantic Kernel/Microsoft Agent Framework (in case of .net stack) o Prompt Engineering - CoT/ReAct o Agent Orchestration o Agent Memory - long and short term memory (conversational agents) o Tools / MCP o Workflows
· Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) o vector dbs - FAISS or pgVector (PostgresSQL) o Azure Document Intelligence , Azure Search (generally used in Optum) - indexing o Azure Open AI /sentence transformers.
· Basic python programming or .NET - ability to use vscode o FastAPI - for hosting agent o Open Telemetry for tracing , logging and collecting metrics
· Basic vibe coding using Github Copilot
Good-to-Have -
· Guardrails (toxicity, PII, etc) · Evaluation (accuracy, etc) · Containerization (Docker), K8 · Azure Open AI - GPT models · A2A - for agent-to-agent communication · ACP
