Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager role based in Rajkot. The Manager will oversee day-to-day branch or business unit operations, including monitoring sales activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, setting performance goals, and tracking key business metrics. The Manager will handle client escalations, support credit and risk assessment processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency. The role also involves identifying business opportunities, implementing process improvements, and preparing regular reports for senior leadership.
