We’re Hiring: Retail Store Manager
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and personable Retail Store Manager to lead our Mumbai store and deliver the exceptional customer experience Baby Jalebi is known for.
What we’re looking for:
3–5+ years of retail experience, preferably in premium/luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, home or interiors
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
Exceptional people skills with a warm, confident and customer-focused personality
Strong sales ability and an understanding of premium customer service
Experience leading, motivating and managing a retail team
Good computer skills and comfort working with retail technology
Experience with Shopify, inventory management and stock control is highly preferred
Ability to oversee daily store operations, billing, reporting and stock movement
A strong eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
Organised, responsible, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of the store
Excited to grow with a young, design-led Indian brand
📍 Location: Mumbai
