We don't need a degree. We need an eye.
If you can watch a 60-second reel and instantly know what's wrong with the cut — you're already ahead of 90% of applicants.
What you'll actually do:
Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, clips) daily
Work with raw footage and turn it into something people stop scrolling for
Bring your own creative instinct — we don't want a robot who follows instructions blindly
Execute fast. Deadlines are real here.
You're the right fit if:
You've edited videos for fun, a college project, a friend's page — anything
You feel something when you see a bad transition or a weak hook
You can work at pace without sacrificing quality
You're based in or can commute to Chandigarh (Sector 31D)
What we don't care about:
Your degree (preferred, not required)
How many years of "experience" you have on paper
Whether you've worked at an agency before
What we do care about:
Your portfolio. Even 3 clips. Show us your taste.
Your speed. Can you deliver under pressure?
Your hunger. This is a fast-moving creative environment.

📍 Full-time, in-office — Chandigarh
💰 ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on your work, not your resume)
🕐 Monday to Saturday | 10 AM – 6 PM
