Role Description The Time Office and Welfare Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Naidupeta. The role involves managing employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate and timely data for payroll and compliance. The officer will handle day-to-day office administration related to workforce management, including maintaining personnel files, coordinating shift schedules, and supporting HR with time-related reports. A key focus of the role is overseeing employee welfare activities, including responding to employee queries, coordinating welfare schemes and benefits, and supporting a safe and inclusive work environment. The role also requires regular interaction with employees and management to address concerns, support grievance redressal processes, and promote positive employee relations.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration to manage records, documentation, and daily office operations.
Ability to deliver responsive customer service within the organization, handling employee queries and welfare-related concerns professionally.
Basic accounting or payroll-related knowledge to support timekeeping, attendance, and wage-related processes.
Experience with HR or time office functions, including attendance systems and leave management, is highly beneficial.
Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance related to employee welfare and time office activities is an advantage.
Comfort with using office productivity tools and HR/timekeeping software.
Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Naidupeta, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
