Role Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and commercially aware finance professional to support the Vertical Head in managing UK client relationships and delivering high-quality advisory services. The role offers direct exposure to UK business owners, client meetings, financial analysis, and business advisory assignments. This position is ideal for candidates looking to move beyond traditional accounting and develop a career in client advisory and business consulting.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Vertical Head in managing a portfolio of UK-based clients.
Participate in client meetings and build strong professional relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders.
Review financial statements, management accounts, KPIs, and cash flow reports.
Analyse business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare client presentations, business review reports, and advisory recommendations.
Present financial insights and action points in a clear and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and Compliance teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Support client retention and identify opportunities for additional services.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and client satisfaction objectives.
Essential (must to have)
· Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
CA Inter or CA Final Appeared candidates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Sound understanding of financial statements and business performance analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to engage confidently with clients and senior stakeholders.
Good presentation and relationship management skills.
Preferred (good to have)
· Articleship experience with a Big 4 firm will be an added advantage.
Exposure to Audit, Advisory, Accounting, Taxation, or Client Service roles.
Experience in preparing and delivering client presentations.
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
